La seva qualitat editorial l&#8217;ha convertit en un \u00e8xit de cr\u00edtica i p\u00fablic. En aquest reportatge, mostrem la carrera professional de Josep del Hoyo, que ha viatjat arreu del m\u00f3n per observar ocells, a m\u00e9s de fundar l&#8217;editorial Lynx Edicions.
