Aquesta llista tamb\u00e9 s&#8217;utilitza per a l&#8217;aplicaci\u00f3 de la Directiva sobre la protecci\u00f3 del medi ambient a trav\u00e9s del Dret penal i la Directiva sobre responsabilitat ambiental en relaci\u00f3 a la prevenci\u00f3 i reparaci\u00f3 de danys mediambientals.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 15px;\"><strong>Convenci\u00f3 de les Nacions Unides sobre la Conservaci\u00f3 de les Esp\u00e8cies Migrat\u00f2ries d&#8217;Animals Silvestres (CMS):<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"rteindent1\" style=\"padding-left: 30px; padding-right: 15px;\">Durant la 12\u00aa reuni\u00f3 de la Confer\u00e8ncia de les Parts per a la Conservaci\u00f3 de las Esp\u00e8cies Migrat\u00f2ries (<a style=\"text-decoration-line: none;\" href=\"http:\/\/www.cms.int\/wp-content\/d6\/files\/document\/cms_cop12_res.12.27_taxonomy-nomenclature_e.pdf?utm_source=newsletter&amp;utm_medium=email&amp;utm_campaign=newsletter43\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">COP 12<\/a>), celebrada a Manila, Filipines, a l&#8217;octubre de 2017, el <em>HBW y BirdLife International Illustrated Checklist of the Birds of the World, Volum 2: Passerines<\/em> fou adoptat com la refer\u00e8ncia est\u00e0ndar del CMS per a la taxonom\u00eda i la nomenclatura d&#8217;ocells de les esp\u00e8cies passeriformes.<\/p>\n<p class=\"rteindent1\" style=\"padding-left: 30px; padding-right: 15px;\">At\u00e8s que la <a style=\"text-decoration-line: none;\" href=\"http:\/\/www.cms.int\/wp-content\/d6\/files\/document\/Res_11_19_Taxonomy_%26_Nomenclature_of_Birds_E.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">COP 11<\/a>, celebrada a Quito, Equador, del 4 al 9 de novembre de 2014, el CMS ja havia adoptat el Volum 1: Non-passerines com a refer\u00e8ncia est\u00e0ndard per a esp\u00e8cies no passeriformes, amb l&#8217;adopci\u00f3 del Volum 2, el <em>HBW -BirdLife Illustrated Checklist<\/em> \u00e9s ja refer\u00e8ncia definitiva per a la taxonomia i la nomenclatura d&#8217;ocells de totes les Parts.
